We want every member to feel comfortable with their decision. Please read this before purchasing a membership.
After matchmaking support begins
Once your consultation has taken place, your profile has been listed, or introductions have been made, membership fees are non-refundable as the personal work has already been carried out.
Declined profiles
If a profile is declined during review, any membership payment made is returned in full.
How to request a review
Refund requests should be made in writing by email so that we can respond clearly and keep a record for both sides.
