Please review your selected membership plan and its included benefits carefully before making payment.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes cancellation, a change of mind, choosing not to continue with the service, or not finding a suitable match during the membership period.
No Guarantee of a Match
Membership provides the services and benefits included in your selected plan. Ismat Shaadi Services does not guarantee a specific number of introductions, a successful match, or marriage.
SmartMatchApp
Choosing not to complete your profile or use SmartMatchApp does not make your membership fee refundable.
Successful Match Fee
Each family must pay a separate $1,000 successful match fee once a match is finalized. This fee is separate from your membership payment.
Payment Questions
If you believe you have made a duplicate or incorrect payment, please contact Ismat Shaadi Services promptly and provide your payment receipt so we can review the matter.
