Ismat Shaadi Services
By registering with Ismat Shaadi Services or using our matchmaking services through our website or SmartMatchApp, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility & Accurate Information
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older who are seeking marriage. Members are expected to provide accurate and current information. Parents or family members submitting a profile on someone’s behalf should have that individual’s consent.
Membership & Payments
Services and membership duration are based on the membership plan selected. Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership does not guarantee a specific number of introductions, acceptance by a prospective match, or marriage.
Successful Match Fee
A $1,000 successful match fee is due from each family once a match is finalized. This fee is separate from membership fees.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Profile information, photographs, contact details, and private communications should not be copied, published, distributed, or forwarded without permission.
SmartMatchApp
We use SmartMatchApp to collect and manage matchmaking profiles and support the matchmaking process. Information submitted through SmartMatchApp may also be subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Respectful Conduct
Members are expected to communicate honestly and respectfully. Harassment, misuse of personal information, dishonesty, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.
Safety & Personal Responsibility
Members and families are encouraged to use discretion when communicating with prospective matches and to avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information until they feel comfortable doing so.
Profile review by Ismat Shaadi Services does not constitute a criminal background check or independent verification of every statement provided by a member. Individuals and families are responsible for making their own inquiries, exercising good judgment, and assessing compatibility before proceeding with an introduction or match.
