Request a Refund

Refund Request Policy

We offer refunds only under specific conditions:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of payment and before your advertisement is published.
• Non-Refundable Situations: If the advertisement has already been published, or if there’s a delay in submitting your profile form, refunds will not be processed.

To request a refund, email us at info@ismatwedding.com with your payment details and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
